Don't know the bar code number of a box stored in our warehouse? Want to know when a box was delivered? Want to know what is in a particular box?

Use our search tool to view information about any box or folder that has been bar coded. Search on the items description, project, bar code number, and more. Once found you can view the history of that item, see where it is currently located, and request it to be delivered or picked up with the click of a button.

My Request Sheet
Use the request sheet to organize your pickups and deliveries. You can add and modify requests throughout the day, and when you are ready send them all at once to Record Keepers. Your request sheet is your own. You can log in, log out, and revisit your Request sheet as often as you like. Even over days or weeks. It will be kept secure and ready for you when you are ready to send it.
